FMH Conveyors, a Duravant family company, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager in Jonesboro, AR to lead a 6-8 person Inside Sales team and optimize order flow across engineering, supply chain, and production planning. You will align customer needs with delivery schedules and drive improvements in lead times and on-time performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in manufacturing sales with team leadership, plus strong Excel/ERP skills for forecasting and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of manufacturing sales experience managing a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Epicor ERP and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 6-8 member Inside Sales team.
• Prioritize orders through engineering, supply chain, production planning, and operations.
• Analyze backlogs, lead times, and production schedules for forecasts.
• Support production scheduler and finance with monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts.
• Provide scheduling and customer follow-up on delivery commitments.
• Train team and establish standard operating procedures.
