Job summary

FMH Conveyors, a Duravant family company, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a 6-8 person team in Arkansas. You will coordinate with engineering, supply chain, production planning and operations to manage orders, lead times, and monthly revenue forecasts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of manufacturing sales leadership, with strong analytical skills, ERP (Epicor) experience, and advanced Excel capabilities. Periodic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment and proven ability to manage a team.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• High degree of professionalism with strong communication, leaderships skills and team orientation.
• ERP experience with Epicor and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the Inside Sales team (6-8 representatives).
• Develop and implement lean methods to improve quality, reduce cost, improve safety, and reduce lead times.
• Provide manufacturing and process engineering support to Operations.
• Review backlog and adjust promised ship dates to meet deliveries.
• Support Production Scheduler to establish priorities and ship dates.
• Support Inside and Outside Sales and customers reviewing delivery schedules and lead times.
• Assist Finance with monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts based on production schedules.
• Respond to inquiries about scheduling orders and lead times.
• Review company policies and recommend changes as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to cover existing sales accounts as needed.
• Train and develop Inside Sales staff.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures for the Inside Sales team.
