The candidate should demonstrate hands‑on leadership, experience with lean concepts, and strong communication to collaborate with Sales Operations, Engineering, Finance, and HR as part of the Manufacturing Operations team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required.
• Understanding of ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with lean concepts and tools is desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and leadership to the product line's team members.
• Adhere to company handbook and section policies.
• Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly schedules to meet delivery demands.
• Monitor quality, quantity, and efficiency of output.
• Promote continuous improvement within the department and organization.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment; report unsafe conditions.
• Cross-train team members and develop training opportunities.
