Job summary

FMH Conveyors in Jonesboro, AR is seeking an Experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead a 6-8 person Inside Sales team and coordinate order flow through engineering, supply chain, production planning, and operations.

You will analyze backlogs, lead times, and production schedules to support monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts, and work with Sales and VP of Sales to translate customer needs into actionable plans. Periodic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least five years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment and proven ability to manage a team.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• High degree of professionalism with strong communication, leadership skills and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the Inside Sales team (6-8 reps).
• Develop and implement enhanced manufacturing methods to improve quality, reduce cost, and lead times using lean concepts.
• Provide manufacturing and process engineering support to Operations.
• Review backlog and manage ship dates to meet deliveries.
• Support Production Scheduler to establish priorities and ship dates.
• Support Sales team and customers with delivery schedules and lead-time forecasts.
• Assist Finance on monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts based on production schedules.
• Respond to inquiries regarding scheduling of orders and lead times.
• Establish SOPs for the Inside Sales team.
