Nidec Motors Corporation in Minnesota is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide end-to-end sales support for distributors, OEMs, and customers. You will handle inquiries, manage orders, and collaborate with production and supply chain.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, strong communication, relationship building, and proactive updates to customers, with a first-shift, on-site schedule and bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Data entry and experience / proficiency with Oracle systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent teamwork, customer service, and communication.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to analyze order information and relay to teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as point of contact for customer inquiries and requests on new and existing orders.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and account managers to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Proactively communicate status updates, changes, issues, or delays to client.
• Responsible for order management from entry to receipt.
• Build strong relationships with key clients.
• Lead weekly customer facing meetings with key accounts and prepare reports.
• Attend factory walkthroughs daily to understand challenges and resolutions.
• Keep accurate documentation of orders, customer complaints, and steps to address complaints.
