• Assist customers by phone and in person (walk-in traffic).
• Provide price and availability information using the computer system.
• Process orders, including special orders, promotions, returns and related tasks.
• Support warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Coordinate with manufacturers/vendors for factory orders.
• Make outbound calls to grow local business.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
