Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Manager, you will handle inquiries, manage orders, coordinate with production and supply chain, and lead weekly meetings to improve delivery performance.

The role requires strong data entry, proficiency with Oracle, and excellent communication and relationship-building

Qualifications

• Data entry and proficiency with Oracle systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and orders.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and account managers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Lead weekly customer meetings and prepare order status updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of orders and issues.
• Build relationships with key clients and coordinate order processing from entry to receipt.
