Job summary

Master Halco, Fence & Deck Supply, seeks a Sr. Inside Sales Associate to service contractors, distributors, and retailers from our Fort Worth branch.

You’ll work on the phone and at the counter, handling quotes and orders, and collaborating with outside sales and operations to hit sales goals. The role emphasizes discovery conversations, product knowledge in building materials, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service / sales experience.
• Excellent phone and customer facing experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Computer literate and proficiency in MS applications (Excel required).

Responsibilities

• Partner with outside sales team to expand products and customer base.
• Take inbound calls and emails from contractors and retail customers to process quotes and orders.
• Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support.
• Communicate with customers from order to shipment.
