Master Halco: Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate. This role services contractors, distributors, and retailers over the phone and at the branch counter.

The position emphasizes discovery conversations, order processing, and collaboration with the outside sales team to hit sales goals. Competitive hourly pay, bonuses, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent phone and customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Computer literate and proficient in MS applications (EXCEL required).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the outside sales team to expand products and customer base.
• Collects market intelligence from customers regarding competitive situations, competitor pricing, market situations, and informs the Branch Manager.
• Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractors and retail customers to process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
• Consult with clients/customers after sales to provide ongoing support.
• Prepares job order quotations based on customer requests and information.
• Communicate by phone or email with customers from the time of order to the time of shipment.
