Responsibilities

• Report on KPIs for the team on a regular basis.
• Lead the inside sales team’s sales meetings.
• Improve processes for the Inside Sales team as needed.
• Drive new sales through outreach and initiatives for the Inside Sales team, and meet personal sales goals.
• Cultivate long-term relationships to renew current customers.
• Prospect new customers and meet daily sales targets.
• Coordinate with Operations to forecast orders.
• Assist Operations with customer communications.
