You will manage a full caseload with co-occurring disorders, crisis intervention experience, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters Degree in Social Work or Master's Degree in a recognized mental health field.
• License: State licensure with a minimum of four letters (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD/PhD).
• Certification: CPR certification within 90 days; CPI certification within 90 days.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a behavioral health environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and independently develop treatment and discharge plans.
• Manage a full caseload of moderate to high complexity patients, including co-occurring disorders.
• Provide crisis intervention and evidence-based therapies across individual, group, and family settings.
• Lead discharge planning, addressing housing, insurance, legal status, and access to care barriers.
• Coordinate transitions of care across inpatient, outpatient, and community services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards.
