Job summary

Ayming USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Innovation Team in the US. You will manage client engagements from inception through completion, helping companies identify and maximize tax incentives while leading technical analyses and delivering exceptional client service.

In this role you will coordinate projects, develop client relationships, lead project teams, and review financial/technical documentation to support tax credit claims, working with CPAs and executives as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in a Tax related industry.
• Verbal and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including with C-level executives or business owners.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant tax credit programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, leading technical interviews, providing guidance on tax incentives and project-related inquiries, and preparing/reviewing project documentation.
• Lead project teams, monitor progress and performance, and address any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Identify, analyze, and qualify value-oriented benefits for companies, substantiating technical analysis within the legal tax standard through presentations, written reports, and technical memorandums.
• Assist in the analysis and review of client financial and technical documentation, including costings, invoices, contracts, and supporting documentation required for tax credit claims.
• Research and review relevant legislation, publications, and technical guidance, conduct site visits, and consult with CPAs and C-level executives on tax incentive credits and related business processes.
