Job summary

UB Information Technology (UBIT) is seeking an Enablement Strategist II to translate strategic initiatives into executable programs and services on the Innovation Unit. You will partner with campus stakeholders, Innovation Engineers, and IT teams to break down problems, define plans, and drive adoption of innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience or master’s degree with 1 year in information systems, instructional design, or related field.
• Experience planning and leading trainings, workshops, or enablement sessions with successful learning outcomes.
• High level of comfort working with technology, including modern digital tools and platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including patience and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tactical implementation of Innovation initiatives into actionable plans, deliverables, and roadmaps.
• Partner with campus stakeholders to understand needs and define requirements and success criteria.
• Coordinate with Innovation Engineers and technical teams to support solution development.
• Design, configure, and deploy no-code/low-code solutions to address campus needs.
• Evaluate use cases for click-not-code approaches and guide appropriate solution patterns.
• Develop training materials and lead hands-on workshops and multimodal training sessions.
• Manage program and project-level activities including planning, documentation, and delivery tracking.
• Support adoption and sustainability through documentation, training coordination, and transition planning.
• Serve as a trusted contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of initiatives.
