Job summary

UB Information Technology (UBIT) is seeking an Enablement Strategist II, Innovation to translate strategic initiatives into executable programs and services. You will partner with campus stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to define plans, coordinate delivery, and drive adoption of innovative solutions.

As a senior delivery and enablement professional, you will lead trainings, develop materials, and ensure projects stay on track from concept to operational reality in a hybrid campus-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years’ experience or master’s with 1 year in information systems, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Experience planning and leading trainings, workshops, or enablement sessions with successful learning outcomes.
• High level of comfort working with modern digital tools and platforms; strong communication with diverse audiences.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship; hybrid campus-based role.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical implementation by translating strategy into actionable plans, deliverables, and roadmaps.
• Partner with campus stakeholders to understand needs, decompose complex problems, and define requirements and success criteria.
• Coordinate with Innovation Engineers and technical teams to support solution development and feedback.
• Design, configure, and deploy no-code/low-code solutions to address campus needs.
• Develop training materials and lead hands-on workshops to enable campus partners to confidently use new services and solutions.
• Manage program and project-level activities including planning, documentation, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking.
