Job Store Staffing is seeking a seasoned Process Technician specializing in plastic injection molding to optimize manufacturing processes, document standards, and drive quality improvements on the production floor.

You will analyze performance data, train Set-Up Technicians, and collaborate with Quality, Tooling, and Production teams to ensure compliant molding qualifications and efficient shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Technician in plastic injection molding.
• Strong understanding of Scientific Molding principles.
• Experience with mold qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ, PPAP).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and improve processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Perform machine start‑ups, troubleshooting, and process optimization
• Develop, document, and maintain molding tolerances and process standards
• Analyze machine performance data to identify and implement improvements
• Train and support Set-Up Technicians to ensure adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with Quality, Tooling, and Production teams on part and process qualifications
• Support mold qualifications, including IQ/OQ/PQ and PPAP
• Complete production reports accurately and participate in shift handoffs
• Continuously expand knowledge of materials and molding techniques
