Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing Company is seeking a hands-on Injection Molding Shift Supervisor to lead all levels of Injection Process Technicians at our NC facility. You will oversee mold changes, process control, training, and the role of Shift Manager in the Plant Manager's absence.

The position requires ten years of injection molding experience, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the injection molding process, materials, molds, and machinery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a group to accomplish goals.
• Ten years of injection molding experience in setup, start-up and processing.
• Ability to read safety rules, instructions and manuals.
• GED or high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise molding operations and staff in the injection department.
• Coordinate mold changes and schedule staff accordingly.
• Train new technicians on injection molding machines and automation.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, mold maintenance, scheduling and quality control.
