Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing Company is seeking a Process Tech II for our NC injection molding operations. You will own processes in your assigned area, perform mold setups and start-ups, and ensure maximum machine output and utilization.

You will troubleshoot range issues, document test results, and work with multiple departments to meet schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–4 years related experience.
• Advanced processing/troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly.
• Ability to document run parameters and optimize molds and materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate mold setups and start-ups daily for assigned cells.
• Monitor run efficiency, cycle time, part quality, and weights.
• Troubleshoot processing range issues and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with Sr. Tech Supervisor, Engineering, Mold Shop, Scheduling and QC.
• Train teammates on setup/start-up procedures and safety practices.
• Support safety, cleanliness, and PPE compliance in production areas.
