Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing's NC facility on Third Shift is seeking a Supervisor Tech to direct injection process technicians, manage mold changes, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity across the team.

You will train new technicians, act as Shift Manager in the plant manager’s absence, and coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to achieve daily production goals while maintaining clean, documented procedures.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the injection molding process, materials, molds, and machinery.
• Ten years of injection molding experience in setup, start-up and processing.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on supervision of molding operations.
• Supervisory responsibility for staff in the area.
• Lead and train technicians on injection molding machines and automation.
• Coordinate with engineering, mold maintenance, scheduling and quality—execute safety and process improvements.
• Communicate work assignments and expectations across shifts.
• Ensure proper setup, start-up, SPC, robotics, and process troubleshooting.
