Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have advanced processing and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to optimize and document run parameters for molds.
• Ability to lead a group to meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up and start up molds and tooling daily for assigned cell.
• Monitor cycle times, part quality and weights to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot processing issues and implement improvements.
• Train others on setup and start-up procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production to test molds/materials.

Education

3-4 years related experience
