Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing Company is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager for our third shift in North Carolina. You will supervise Injection Process Technicians, coordinate mold changes, and train new staff in molding equipment use and setup.

You will ensure product quality, safety, and efficient production while supporting other departments as needed. The role requires extensive experience in injection molding, leadership, and a strong focus on process control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ten years of injection molding experience in setup/startup and processing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise injection process technicians and ensure quality output.
• Lead mold changes and coordinate with molding and support staff.
• Train new technicians on equipment setup and safety procedures.
• Oversee process control, SPC, and troubleshooting for efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to meet production goals and schedules.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and adherence to company policies.
