Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or 3–4 years related experience) is required.
• Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to develop and document run parameters for molds and equipment.
• Coordinate activities with multiple departments in Injection Molding.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold setup and start-up in assigned cell.
• Maintain maximum machine output and run efficiency.
• Monitor part quality, cycle time, and weight.
• Troubleshoot processing issues and resolve root causes.
• Lead mold changeovers and train others on setup/startup.
• Document test results and suggest improvements.
• Ensure safety, PPE compliance, and housekeeping.
