Entegris, Inc. in Chaska, MN is seeking a Setup Technician IV for 2nd shift to prepare, set up and optimize injection molding equipment.

You will install molds, adjust processing parameters, perform startups and verify readiness per procedures to support safe, efficient production. The role emphasizes teamwork with manufacturing, engineering and quality, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement through Kaizen and 6S initiatives while maintaining quality and SQCD

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of mechanical or injection molding setup experience preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and use SAP.
• Basic math and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor molded products for conformity and take corrective action.
• Set up injection molding presses per schedules and prepare equipment.
• Troubleshoot setup related issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE procedures.
• Support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen and 6S.
