Job summary

Advanced Molding Technologies is seeking a Process Technician II for the first shift in Circle Pines, MN. You will perform setup, startup, and troubleshooting for injection-molding operations, ensuring processes remain within validated parameters and comply with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and cGMP standards.

The role includes mentoring Level I technicians, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, and contributing to continuous-improvement efforts while maintaining GDP-compliant logs

Qualifications

High-school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or degree in plastics, engineering technology, or related field preferred.
2-4 years of injection-molding setup and processing experience required; medical-device or other regulated manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Completion of Paulson Molding II required (may be obtained within initial training period).
AIM Molding I certification required or to be obtained within defined timeframe.

Responsibilities

Conduct startups for all production runs using validated parameters and verify stability before release.
Perform in-process troubleshooting to resolve molding, machine, and auxiliary equipment issues.
Perform setups independently to support production schedules and coverage needs.
