Job summary

Cretex Medical is hiring a Set-Up Technician for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday) in Minneapolis, MN. The role covers set-up/teardown of injection molds, auxiliary equipment preparation, and first piece inspection to ensure cycle accuracy per instructions.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate forklifts and cranes, read SOPs, and maintain safe, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in set-up or molding operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow work instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and tear down injection molds and required auxiliary equipment.
• Perform first piece inspection and ensure presses run per work instructions.
• Monitor presses, troubleshoot issues, and document status in ERP.
• Develop and document set-up sheets for tooling changes and tests.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to safety policies.
