Job summary

Entegris in Chaska, MN seeks a Setup Technician Apprentice to join our manufacturing team and train while performing mold setup and startup tasks per procedures.

You will learn to install molds, adjust processing parameters, and verify equipment readiness, contributing to quality and efficiency in production. Training through the apprenticeship program emphasizes safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of mechanical or injection molding setup experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred; basic math and data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor molded products for conformity and take corrective action as needed.
• Set up injection molding presses following schedules and instructions.
• Remove molds and store equipment properly after runs.
• Complete setup documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support SQCD goals and safety requirements in daily work.
• Troubleshoot setup-related issues to minimize downtime.
