Alltrista Plastics LLC in Reedsville, PA is seeking a Senior Process Technician to serve as technical expert for injection molding. Under minimal supervision, you will optimize manufacturing processes, troubleshoot complex molding and equipment issues, and provide technical leadership to improve safety, quality and productivity.

You will train and mentor Process Technicians, Mold Setters, and production staff, applying scientific molding principles and SPC to drive continuous improvement across

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years in injection molding processing.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring ability.
• Knowledge of scientific molding and SPC is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic/mechanical prints.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnoses and resolves complex molding equipment issues.
• Performs mold set-ups and process start-ups.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives.
• Trains and mentors Process Technicians and Mold Setters.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with QMS.
