Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician - Injection to ensure maximum equipment uptime across bottling lines. You will troubleshoot, repair, and support injection molding systems, blow molding, filling/capping, labeling, and related packaging equipment.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance activities, training Operators and Supervisors, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a maintenance manufacturing environment
• Experience managing people/projects
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics
• Proficient with measuring equipment and power tools

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide
• Lead and train Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on procedures
• Execute continuous improvement projects with plant leadership
• Diagnose machine problems quickly with root-cause analysis
• Develop and implement SOPs and maintenance procedures
• Stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
