Job summary

Amcor is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and related equipment at the OKOK Oklahoma City Plant. You will collaborate with production and engineering to schedule work with minimal downtime, document activities in CMMS, and support safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in maintenance (preferably plastics), and experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in injection molding or plastics manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust mechanical components per schedule.
• Document maintenance activities and corrective actions in CMMS.
• Identify potential equipment issues and report to the maintenance team.
• Replace worn parts and perform minor repairs.
• Assist with equipment calibration and validation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S work area and support safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime.
