Qualifications

• Prior plastic injection molding experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Regularly required to stand for long periods and use hands effectively.
• Good hand-eye coordination is required.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and oversee molding machine operation for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Startup machines timely and monitor quality.
• Make appropriate adjustments to machines for efficient production.
• Inspect scrap to prevent any usable product from being ground.
