Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician licenses where required by state law
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
• 3+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Windows PC applications
• Currently located in Texas, Arizona, or Nevada (Nevada must also hold Arizona Tech license)
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated population of Bleeding Disorders and Alpha1 patients through high touch inbound and outbound case management, including monthly refill coordination and ongoing clinical assessments aligned with performance guarantee standards
• Provide comprehensive onboarding for new patients, ensuring education, therapy initiation, and continuity of care through a high touch service model
• Serve as a central point of contact and liaison between patients, pharmacists, prescribers, nurses, sales, supply chain, and infusion teams to ensure exceptional, coordinated patient care
• Support scheduling and coordination of treatments in the Ambulatory Infusion Suite and/or other outpatient care settings
• Enter and process prescriptions from intake through order completion, verifying patient demographics, insurance, and clinical information for accuracy and completeness
• Type, review, and prioritize prescriptions based on urgency; assess data integrity; monitor claims processing status; and identify root causes of claim rejections
• Process prescription refills, interpret therapy specific supply needs, and coordinate timely medication delivery
• Access, input, and retrieve prescription, insurance, and medical/laboratory information using pharmacy systems and reference tools
