Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare or medical device sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and business planning abilities.
• Experience with consultative selling and ROI demonstrations.
• Proficient in MS Office and analytical tools.
• Must travel frequently (air/auto); valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales quota for Fresenius Kabi Infusion Delivery product line (IV solutions, pumps, IV sets, accessories, safety software).
• Maintain high level of technical and commercial competence and credibility with clinical/executive decision makers.
• Use consultative, value-based selling to address customer needs.
• Position Fresenius Kabi offerings against competitors, highlighting ROI.
• Develop territory business plan and identify new opportunities; forecast sales opportunities.
• Collaborate on product implementation and manage new accounts; travel as needed.
• Build strategic hospital relationships to drive purchases; align with company targets.
