Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Infusion Delivery Solutions. You will build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in Acute Hospitals and IDNs, focusing on expanding accounts across the defined territory and new areas.

Responsibilities include achieving sales quotas, demonstrating ROI, and developing a territory business plan. Travel is required; a valid driver’s license is essential, and a company vehicle may be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred.
• 5+ years healthcare sales experience required; medical device sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, planning, and sales strategy skills.
• Travel up to 50%+; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales quota for Fresenius Kabi Infusion Delivery products.
• Maintain technical and commercial competence; credible with decision makers.
• Use consultative selling and value-based selling.
• Develop territory-specific business plan to achieve quarterly goals.
• Travel as needed to manage corporate objectives.
