Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Senior Account Manager, Infusion Delivery Solutions to grow and manage key hospital and IDN accounts across multiple western states. You will leverage consultative selling to demonstrate ROI of IV solutions, pumps, and related products, while coordinating with marketing and service teams to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience in healthcare industry; medical device sales preferred.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation, communication and sales planning traits.
• Demonstrated success in consultative selling (questioning, listening, handling objections and closing).
• Solid influencing and presenting skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales quota for Fresenius Kabi Infusion Delivery product line: IV solutions, pumps, IV sets, accessories, and safety software.
• Maintain high technical and commercial competence; establish credibility with clinical and executive decision makers.
• Use consultative selling to address customer needs and demonstrate ROI.
• Develop territory business plan to achieve quarterly sales goals and identify new opportunities.
• Travel as needed and participate in product implementation and account management.
