Job summary

Collaborate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, and Applications teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient developer tooling and pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years in engineering and related leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise developer platforms or SDLC tooling.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, platform engineering, and secure software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of engineers responsible for Enterprise Developer Experience and SDLC platform services.
• Develop priorities, performance expectations, and succession plans for the team.
• Provide technical direction for enterprise developer platforms and governance.
• Drive platform modernization, security, and reliability across the software delivery stack.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, and Application Development teams.
