Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required.
• Minimum 6 years of combined higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management and/or architecture.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into structured, high-quality implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Work with Technology management, senior engineers and support teams to design, develop, and execute technical solutions.
• Review infrastructure design, implementation, documentation, standards and testing.
• Interact with business partners to capture requirements and clarify problems/opportunities.
• Coordinate vendor interactions and resources as needed.
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers and technicians.
• Promote industry best practices and maintain knowledge of bank applications and vendor tech.
