Job summary

Freese and Nichols is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead strategic initiatives in the Western Gulf Coast Division from the Houston, TX office. The role offers part-time or full-time arrangements and requires strong leadership across multi-discipline teams and client engagements.

Ideal candidates will have 25+ years in civil infrastructure leadership, a Texas PE, and proven ability to drive projects with municipal, state, and federal clients.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of progressive leadership experience in planning, design, and construction of large civil infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
• Strong writing and teamwork skills with ability to lead across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the Western Gulf Coast strategic plan and opportunities across municipal, state, and federal clients.
• Advance client relationships and business development across diverse client types.
• Partner with divisional leadership to guide strategic pursuits and project development.
• Serve as Senior Consultant to lead delivery of planning, design, and construction of major pursuits and programs.
