Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Professional Engineer license in one or more Gulf/Atlantic coast states.
• 10+ years of engineering and design experience.
• Experience with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects.
• Project management experience leading teams and coordinating with clients/regulators.
• Master’s degree or higher preferred in coastal/ocean engineering or related field.
• PMI- certification (PMP) preferred.
• Experience with coastal modeling, dredging, and coastal processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead coastal and navigation planning, design, and construction-phase services.
• Guide technical approach, cost estimating, scheduling, and resourcing decisions.
• Mentor coastal engineering staff and support professional growth.
• Build client relationships and lead proposals and qualifications.
• Support strategic growth across federal, state, local, port, NGO, and private sectors.
• Oversee multidisciplinary project execution for coastal restoration, dredging, and modeling.
