Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in roadway design.
• Demonstrated experience with client-facing communication and project pursuit assistance.
• 8+ years of experience in roadway design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
• Guide and train junior engineers.
• Contribute to business development activities.
• Lead analysis, design, and preparation of plans and reports.
