Job summary

Freese and Nichols, Inc. in Houston, TX, seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to help lead our Western Gulf Coast Division. The role can be part-time or full-time and reports to the division management team.

Base location is the Houston office with cross-divisional collaboration to engage clients and programs. The successful candidate will have 15+ years of progressive leadership in civil infrastructure, a Civil Engineering degree, and a Texas PE license.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in planning, design, and construction of large civil infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Registration as a Professional Engineer in Texas.
• Strong technical writing and teamwork skills with ability to lead multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Western Gulf Coast strategic plan, identifying opportunities with municipal, state, and federal clients.
• Advance client relationships and business development across municipalities, counties, river authorities, districts, and agencies.
• Serve as strategic partner to divisional leadership in pursuing and delivering strategic pursuits and programs.
