Job summary

S&B USA Construction is seeking a Design-Build Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex transportation and civil infrastructure projects using alternative delivery methods. The role integrates design and construction, overseeing cost, schedule, quality, and risk across internal teams, designers, and subcontractors.

The DBPM will drive project strategy from procurement through final acceptance, coordinating with clients and design partners while ensuring compliance and effective risk

Qualifications

• 10 years of related work experience in alternative delivery projects.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure ($100M+) projects.
• Ability to travel as needed and to work with state DOTs.
• Strong relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support proposal development during pursuit phase, including scope, schedule, and risk.
• Direct and manage the design team ensuring timely submittals meeting contract and constructability standards.
• Provide leadership for construction execution and project phasing.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cash flow forecasts, schedules and risk registers.
• Lead meetings with client/owner, design partners, and major subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, permits, and codes and maintain documentation.
