Job summary

Uprite Services is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst – L3 to lead complex migration projects and mentor technical teams. The role blends advanced technical support with project planning and delivery, covering on-prem to cloud moves, security deployments, and modernization initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring extensive server, virtualization, networking, and Microsoft 365 experience, with strong documentation and cross‑team collaboration skills. Occasional onsite support is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in End User Support.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to occasionally travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support client infrastructure projects including server refreshes and cloud migrations.
• Act as escalation point for Tier 1/2 support and partner with NOC for complex troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced end-user, server, networking, firewall, and application support.
• Document configurations and SOPs, maintain ITGlue records, and update inventories.
• Mentor L1/L2 staff and participate in weekly reviews.
