Uprite Services is seeking a System Support Analyst to join its Service Desk. You will deliver remote and occasional on-site support for end users, manage Microsoft 365, licensing, Azure, and network basics, and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• End User Support: Provide support via phone, email, and remote tools for Microsoft 365, Outlook, and business applications.
• Hardware Support: Provision and image PCs for new users or refreshes; resolve printing and peripheral issues.
• Server & Network Support: Manage Active Directory and NTFS permissions; apply Group Policy; assist with basic server/firewall troubleshooting.
• Documentation & Admin: Maintain client documentation; update internal processes; track time and ticket work; mentor L1 analysts.
