Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major infrastructure initiatives in Welkom. You will guide planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating engineers, contractors, and authorities to meet schedule and budget targets.

You will oversee safety, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder communications, driving project success and community impact through strong oversight and leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive project management experience in infrastructure/construction.
• Experience managing budgets over R10 million and complex timelines.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software and reporting.

Mansioni

• Manage full lifecycle of infrastructure projects from feasibility to handover.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
