Qualifications

• Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in mining with 5+ years in project management.
• Experience leading large-scale mining projects across exploration, development, or operation.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor mining projects within timelines and budgets.
• Manage scope, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to optimize delivery.
• Prepare detailed project reports, feasibility studies, and progress updates for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices within mining.
