Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure to drive cross-team programs that scale across the company. You will partner with engineering leaders to plan, communicate, and steer large migration efforts, shaping technical design and roadmaps while minimizing disruption to product teams.

You will work with Service Infrastructure teams to enable secure, reliable, and performant Stripe products and contribute to cross-functional governance, metrics, and improvements across time

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management experience.
• Experience with developer products or open-source projects.
• Experience in distributed systems, software libraries and frameworks, and service-oriented architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to distill complex information into proposals.
• Track record of program management across all phases from kickoff to launch.

Responsibilities

• Drive programs spanning multiple engineering organizations with a focus on internal platforms.
• Plan, communicate, and steer execution of large-scale technical programs.
• Define frameworks, async platforms, and tooling for Stripe products.
• Collaborate with managers, tech leads, and engineers to scope and migrate programs.
• Develop KPIs and drive cross-functional execution with clear success criteria.
