Stripe is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a broad, high-impact infrastructure portfolio. You will guide multiple teams, set strategic direction, and balance reliability with rapid delivery.

You will coach senior engineers, collaborate with product, security, and data partners, and help Stripe move quickly with confidence. You will recruit and nurture top engineering talent, maintain high standards for architecture and quality, and partner with staff engineers on complex system decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience plus 4+ years of engineering management experience.
• Proven ability to lead high-complexity teams delivering multiple workstreams in parallel.
• Strong influence across cross-functional partners without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams, delivering high-impact workstreams across infrastructure.
