Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Data Center Project Manager specialized in infrastructure to deliver complex data center programs for a major financial client. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across design, construction, and commissioning.

You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining standards and governance. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with data center infrastructure projects and facilities management.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budget, milestones, and risk.
• Lead RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Develop charter and integrated timeline.
• Ensure schedule adherence and issue escalation.
• Lead meetings to review status.
• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide project team.
