Responsibilities

• Own and manage infrastructure intake process for assigned domains.
• Develop, maintain, and socialize infrastructure roadmaps across stakeholder groups.
• Build and manage prioritized backlogs using established frameworks.
• Balance planned initiatives with operational demands and unplanned work.
• Create visibility into priorities, dependencies, capacity, and future initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across infrastructure, security, engineering, and business teams.
• Drive discussions on infrastructure demand management and resource allocation.
• Lead discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements (business, functional, technical).
• Define project scope, objectives, risks, and dependencies before delivery.
• Evaluate infrastructure requests for feasibility and prioritization.
• Standardize intake processes and improve governance across workstreams.
• Translate business needs into actionable infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinate initiatives involving server provisioning, cloud modernization, virtualization, networking, and platform services.
• Promote Jira usage across teams and ensure lifecycle visibility.
• Improve backlog governance and reporting on demand and capacity.
• Maintain Confluence documentation standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline intake, planning, and delivery.

Job Summary

The Infrastructure Product Manager will lead intake management, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment across the Corporate Infrastructure organization. The role focuses on enterprise infrastructure, platform services, networking, cloud technologies, virtualization, and foundational technology services. The Product Manager will serve as the primary intake and prioritization point for infrastructure initiatives while driving visibility, governance, operational efficiency, and execution across infrastructure teams. This is a hybrid contract/contract-to-hire position requiring onsite work at least one day per week.

• Coordinate infrastructure initiatives involving server provisioning, upgrades, migrations, decommissioning, cloud modernization, virtualization, networking, firewalls, platform services, office technology, cellular connectivity, and foundational technology.
• Drive effective utilization of Jira across infrastructure teams.
• Ensure infrastructure initiatives are documented, tracked, and visible throughout their lifecycle.
• Improve backlog governance and prioritization methodologies.
• Establish reporting and visibility into infrastructure demand, capacity, and delivery.
• Promote and maintain Confluence documentation standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline intake, planning, and delivery processes.
Create scalable frameworks that improve execution, accountability, and transparency.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Product Management experience, preferably supporting infrastructure, platform, or technical services organizations.
• Proven experience building and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks.
• Strong experience with intake and organizing work across multiple technical teams.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple technical teams and business units.
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and process management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused discussions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments, networking concepts and services, cloud infrastructure platforms, virtualization technologies, hypervisors, platform services, data center operations, infrastructure support models, and enterprise technology delivery processes.
• Experience working with Confluence and roadmap/planning tools integrated with Jira.
• Experience with Agile and workflow management platforms.
