Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking an Infrastructure Capacity Manager to oversee capacity planning across critical systems, space, and power within the network. You will act as SME for mechanical systems, AC/DC power, UPS, STS, generator, and site civil activities, coordinating with vendors and real estate teams.

The role requires strong project coordination, CAD drafting skills, and the ability to plan capacity augmentation while aligning with business growth in a remote USA setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Experience with AC/DC power systems and mechanical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with real estate and site civil activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports Critical Infrastructure Planning and Engineering as SME in mechanical systems, AC distribution, UPS, STS, generator, and site civil.
• Coordinates and reviews real estate easements/right-of-way and land purchases affecting site civil work and capacity expansion.
• Triggers projects using feasible, practical and economical means.
• Performs engineering work, design, fabrication and evaluation of equipment and devices.
• Reads and interprets Electrical one-lines, mechanical, structural drawings; creates/update CAD drawings.
