Job summary

Lumos is seeking an IT Engineer – Infrastructure Network to lead strategic planning and hands-on management of enterprise network platforms. This role focuses on secure, scalable infrastructure across Lumos tech systems, including VPNs, cloud connectivity, and data centers.

Travel to Lumos locations may be required. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in network infrastructure administration, bachelor’s in a related field, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience (M.S. preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a network infrastructure administration role.
• Network certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/PCNSE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support internal/external corporate network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, virtual networking).
• Administer systems including Windows/Linux and identity access management.
• Monitor systems via Splunk or similar tools and improve visibility.
• Handle incident investigations with proper documentation and解 remediation guidance.
• Design and test network and security configurations for corporate and customer networks.
